Positively situated, this place offers wonderfully maintained standard queen rooms with all the essential amenities, providing excellent value for the cost.

Perfect and marvellous location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. A tram station was close to the accommodation. We had superior double room, and it was lovely and cosy with breakfast.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

all in all everything was perfect, had a such great stay for a business trip. i got lovely and cosy room with breakfast. all the staff was good and fine, resolved my issues. the location was perfect and marvellous, minutes from haus am seestern.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location in a quiet office area was perfect, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being easily accessible to the city center. It only took us 10 minutes by car to reach downtown.

Room cards have failed several times!!! Means from the 4th floor back to the reception. The sheet had holes in it!!!. The sauna closes at 10 pm. but the light goes out at 9:45 pm.

Breakfast 20 EUR per person very expensive. With 2 children therefore prefer to have breakfast outside

The room and services were okay. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the location, which was close to a tram and bus stop. The staff, particularly the bar manager Jenns and Thomas, provided excellent customer service and made us feel at home. The regular BBQs held in the summer were a fantastic treat.
